Article 1: Scope
These general conditions apply to contracts of organization and travel intermediary as defined by the Belgian law of 16 February 1994 (pdf format) governing the contract organization and travel intermediary.

Article 2: Promotion
1. The information contained in the brochure commit the travel operator or travel intermediary who has edited the brochure, unless:
1. Changes of this information has been clearly communicated to the traveller in writing before the conclusion of the contract;
2. The changes do afterwards, following a written agreement between the contracting parties.
2. The organizer and / or travel intermediary may cancel, fixed-term or indefinite, all or part of its promotion of travel.

Article 3: Information to be borne by the organiser and / or the travel intermediary
The organizer and / or travel intermediary shall:
1. before the contract of organisation or travel intermediary, to provide the passenger wrote Tour Operator:
1. the general information on passports and visas and health formalities necessary for travel and residence, to enable the traveler to collect the necessary documents. The non-Belgian travellers must learn red tape to arrange with the (to) embassy (s) or consulate (s) (s);
2. information relating to the subscription and content of insurance and / or assistance;
3. the general and specific conditions applicable to contracts;
2. At least 7 calendar days before departure date, to provide in writing to passengers the following information:
1. schedules, places stops and connections and, if possible, an indication of the place occupied by the traveller;
2. the name, address, phone number, fax and / or e-mail or the local representation of the organizer and / or the travel intermediary, or local organizations capable of help the traveler in case of problems, either directly or by the intermediary of the tour;
3. for travel and subsistence of minors abroad, information sufficient to establish direct contact with the child or with the senior officer in place of his stay.
The period of 7 days timetable described above shall not apply if the contract concluded late.

Article 4: Information from the traveler
The traveler must provide the organizer and / or the travel intermediary all relevant information requested of it expressly or could reasonably influence a smooth journey.
If the traveler provides inaccurate information which lead to additional costs for the organiser and / or travel intermediary, these costs can be brought to account.

Article 5: Training Contract
1. When booking travel, the operator or travel intermediary is obliged to issue the passenger a purchase order in accordance with the law.
2. The contract of organizing travel begins when the traveler receives the written confirmation of the reservation issued by the tour operator, through whether or not to travel intermediary, which in this case, acting on behalf of the tour.
If the contents of the order differs from that of the confirmation of the trip or if confirmation does not take place no later than within 21 days of signing the order, the traveler can be assumed that the trip did not been booked and is entitled to immediate repayment of all amounts already paid.
